Maritime Training Instructor

 To our Training Center in Horten, we are looking for a qualified, experienced and motivated instructor.

DUTIES        

·         Plan, organize and deliver assigned training courses

·         Prepare and update course documentation and teaching material

·         Maintain course equipment

·         Develop and update new course and course delivery concepts

·         Act as a consultant  in the development of new training courses

·         Assist in development of suitable training and assessment solutions

·         Assist in the acquisition of course recognition and approvals

REQUIREMENTS

·         Fully qualified Senior Engineer or Senior Deck Officer

·         Competent in spoken and written use of English and one Scandinavian language

·         Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude

·         Be a competent PC user

·         Be able to work in an international working environment

·         Practical experience on oil, gas, and/or chemical tankers
