Revised procedures and workbooks for on board training courses.

The following procedures are updated on the CD#C1 version 1.10 dated April 2006:

* New Safety Health and Environment -SHE (PC-TC-1665-B/17.feb-2006)

* New Ship Security Officer - SSO (PC-TC-1646- A3/20. Dec - 2005)

* New Safety Officer - SO (PC-TC-1674-A1/10. Apr -2006)

* New Ballast Water Management - BWM (PC-TC-1667-A1/30. March-2006)

The new procedures will be implemented over a period of three months, but the old versions will be valid until 01. August 2006. Documentation from the old versions will not be verified after this date.

CD#C1 with updated procedures will be included to all existing customers together with scheduled updates and shipments. New customers will receive CD#C1 together with the first shipment.
