BP Crewing Services Ltd chooses Seagull
"All our vessels are fitted with ECDIS, and whilst paper charts remain our principal means of navigation, it is considered prudent to provide training for deck officers in it's correct use and limitations. Irrespective of shore based ECDIS courses, provided mainly by various equipment manufacturers, all our deck officers working on ships equipped with ECDIS will be able to complete the Seagull onboard CBT based course. This training is of great value as it reflects directly on ship specific equipment, its specific functions and limitations. We have decided to use this on board training because the course is fully compatible with our current onboard CBT and is approved by SOLAS signatories"
