Completing this set of training modules prepares the officer with valuable management and leadership soft skills. These modules have recently been accredited by the Nautical Institute and the Institute also stated they would be suitable to form the foundation tuition material for their own Command and Management module, which is an internationally recognised training initiative for senior sea staff. We are excited to add this training to our ever expanding training library.
