| The Performance Profiling (PPRO) program was developed to assist you with making objective performance evaluations and appraisals of seafarers. PPRO offers functionality whereby you can enter your existing appraisal forms and then the senior officers onboard can use the program to register these appraisal forms for export to the crewing department. This has the advantage that all appraisals will be stored electronically in a central database offering easy access to authorised personnel.

Reducing the amount of paperwork as all appraisals are entered directly into the program and securely stored

Once the appraisal has been completed and approved on board, it is locked and the recorded appraisal will Export to the crewing department electronically as an encrypted file for security purposes. After the appraisal has been exported to the office it can no longer be opened, viewed, altered , edited or printed onboard the vessel.

Authorized office personnel are the only ones having access to the electronically stored appraisals.
